The pre-sales team is responsible for studying and analyzing the exact requirement of the Customer and propose the best combination of services and software that would yield the highest value for money on the part of the Customer.

The team studies the Customer’s requirement, invigilates the condition and quantity of the hardcopies that need to be digitized, creates the meta-tagging framework for better search and retrieval. If the Customer opts for a software, then what features would best fit the requirements is also assessed by the pre-sales team so that Customers need not invest extra on features and modules that are irrelevant and unnecessary.
